Just the absolute basics:
I’m a postdoctoral fellow at the Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics at the University of Chicago. I work on the South Pole Telescope project, primarily on developing the data analysis pipeline.
If you’re looking me up for some reason, odds are you’re looking for the webpage for my Compton Lecture Series, Spring Quarter 2008, called ‘Seeing and Believing: Detection, Measurement, and Inference in Experimental Physics’. These are public lectures every Saturday morning at 11a.m. from April through mid-June., and all the important information is on that page Hope to see you there!
Just browsing and killing time? Go look here for my blog about working at the South Pole for the last two Austral summer seasons. The South Pole is cool.
