Moving to the William Eckhardt Research Center
The Eckhardt Center project team will hold monthly meetings on the 2nd Tuesday of the Month starting March 10 to review the move into the Eckhardt Center. The meetings will be held in the LASR Conference Room from 3-4 PM and all KICP and Astronomy & Astrophysics members are invited to attend.

Student travel support policies
KICP will only fund students who have completed their candidacy exam and are working on thesis research with an advisor who is a KICP member.
Since we are now getting many requests, we will only fund one trip a year per student and a maximum of 10-12 students a year.
In general except when attending a "school", Students are expected to present a poster or a talk.
